What happens
  1. 1You get in touch with a short note about what is on your mind — nothing formal.
  2. 2We meet online or in person for a protected, confidential conversation. You are not being evaluated or managed.
  3. 3I listen, ask honest questions and share what I have seen work in real schools.
  4. 4If it helps, we arrange a half-termly listening and reflection check-in.
