Schools typically work with Roger on SEND/SEMH questions, staff training, inclusion and regulation spaces, and as a confidential sounding board for leaders. The work is always shaped around your context.

Before you book

A few honest notes.

  • Is this a diagnosis?

    No. Nothing here diagnoses a child. We look at need, not labels, and think about what would remove the barrier.

  • What happens to what I share?

    It is used only to prepare for our call. Nothing about your child is published or shared with anyone else.

  • Can I reschedule?

    Yes — the confirmation email has a reschedule link. Please give 24 hours where you can.

  • Do you work with schools outside England?

    The guidance is written around the SEND Code of Practice for England, but much of it travels. Ask if you're unsure.
